The most important part of designing a house is the inside not the outside. Decide what rooms you want in the house what size the rooms should be and how much space you have left. In a house that small you will have limited space for rooms so just design only what will be necessary. Once you've drawn your house you can go to any home depot and they will help you estemate how much lumber you will need.
