these investments seem too good to be true,with high returns,how can we tell the good from the bad??Can anyone advise me on the highs and lows of HYIPs?
These ';High Yield Investment Programs'; (HYIP) appear to all be scams. I have never heard of a legitimate one. The US Treasury department considers the phrase ';high yield investment program'; a red flag that you are probably dealing with a scam. No one can honestly offer interest rates that high.

I agree with Joe. They are all scam, no matter how honest they are. In the past, i am stupid enough to ';invest'; some money into these programs. In the long run, i lost what i put in. So stay out of these HYIP website, if you don't wish to be the next victim ;)
