Can anybody with scientific knowledge advise on a product that can stop dark hair turning grey?

I'm 30 and have recently noticed hairs around the ears have gone grey. I am horrified because when I was young I thought people only started to turn grey in their 40's. Please only answer if you are scientifically qualified and do not mention shock, genetics, or ';women find it attractive';Can anybody with scientific knowledge advise on a product that can stop dark hair turning grey?

Dye it! No prescription needed! lol
I have a lot of scientific knowledge. But I don't know of anything that has been shown to stop a natural and genetically caused process such as grey hair, or balding for that matter. You act as if it is a curse. It doesn't mean that your old, it just means you have a few gret hairs. I started getting a few grey hairs when I was about 25, I still don't have a lot of grey hair, and I'm 46. So all is not lost.

Here are you choices, as I see them:

1. Go grey in a gradual manner and be accepted as such, like most, if not all other men. Most men can dismiss it as being caused by marriage or having children (OK, it's a lie, but most people accept this as a valid dismissive excuse). You might also make light of it by suggesting it is your higher brain activity is forcing your hair follicles to also become grey matter. People might view you as mature (wise), rather than old.

2. Start covering up now, and do so until you feel you are old enough to be seen as grey haired. This option comes with a warning - you will then appear to go grey very quickly.

3. Shave your head.

So - the answer is no.

Accept it, or live in denial. 30 is not too young to go grey.

Hope this helps, but I suspect that it didn't. Sorry.
two words...........george cloney.........go grey gracefully......its sooooooooooo attractive on guys your age
Permanent marker. Try a sharpie. Ciao!

it is called growing old. Try just for men hair color.
No need to dye it petal! Go to the health food shop, get some zinc and B vitamin complex. Should help a lot. And I know you don't want to hear this, but I think silvery hair is really foxy actually..... good luck! xxx
Eating apricots slow the graying process. There's also an herb called Fo-Ti . There is a supplement called, ';Gerovital'; or ';GH-3'; that will rejuvenate hair pigmentation but the FDA bans it in the US because it helps make a lot of prescription drugs obsolete. It's available over the counter in Mexico.
You can't stop your body from stopping pigmentation production, which is what has happened.
do you really think someone like that is on here? lmfao
Why are you worried about grey hair, it would appear you still have hair to go grey. Do yourself a favour you vain person and shave it all off, people can then call you baldy, take your mind off going grey
I would recommend lots of different alternatives,

like Provacor, the more natural hiar restorere, Rogiane to stimulate hiar follocoles, or Men Plus, a more or less tehn natural that keeps the grey out.
You'l be oK
boot polish? or Grecian 2000 (do they still make it? )
