What are advise to do before running?

Well in school we have to run when it comes to PE and it's after lunch so i always get my cramps since i just ate and i always end up failing.

I don't want to fail again so i need some advice. What can i do to not or prevent me from haveing those cramps?

(and i have to eat lunch since i always skip breakfast) =PWhat are advise to do before running?
1. DON'T SKIP BREAKFAST, it is the most important meal of the day, it contributes to your failure. If your excuse is you don't have time, ask your mom or even do it yourself, to put a piece of bread in the toaster (preferably whole grain or wheat) and grab an apple or banana out of the fridge right before you leave, and eat it on the way to school.

2. Eat a lighter or healthier lunch. possibly a sandwich, stay away from the pizzas, sodas, ice creams, you know the whole junk food dealio. Don't eat/drink oranges/orange juice or anything acidic, it will give you cramps.

3. Drink water continually throughout the day up until about 30 minutes before you run, this will give your body plenty of water to sweat out so you won't be dehydrated.

4. Before you begin running, stretch for at least 20 minutes, and then do a 10 minute EASY warm up, like slightly faster than power walking easy, and then do your run. To prevent soreness the next day, do a 10 minute cool down after your run and 20 minutes of stretching after.What are advise to do before running?
DRINKS WATER %26amp; WARM UP before you ran!!

ITS HELPS.
well first of all make sure to start eating breakfest, eat an apple or something small during lunch save the rest for after, make sure to strech out your abdominals, if still happens do what i do. when your running your going to have to change the way you breath. i figured out if i change i could run with the cramp for a couple of miles more. what i do is take 2 inhales then exhale and i'll tell you something my coach told me when i was complaing about cramps

';who's tougher the cramp or you?';
first of all, the skipping breakfast is no excuse. your body needs breakfast. Do any of your teachers in your classes let you eat in class? If they do, I would eat my lunch then if I were you. If not, I usually just sneak my lunch into my mouths, a few bites at a time. Next, the cramps might not be because of food, and might be because of lack of water. So stay hydrated the whole day. And many times, if you just keep running, ignoring the cramps, they go away.
strech real good before running and try eatting a banana sometime before hand. they help prevent crapms. also, dont run too hard or for too long. you can also try running sometimes at home after school just for like 15 mins or something and u'll beome more conditioned and will hurt less.
Ummm, I don't think there's really any other way around it.

Probably what you can do, is eat earlier or a lighter meal. Much lighter. Or if you're hungry, drink Milo or something.
