Im hoping To join the army what advise could you give me to be Prepared?

I recently put in my application form and i know that my tests are going to start soon, Is there any advise you can give me to hep train, or even a certain exercise circuit (e.g how many sit ups, press up ect) each day, any advice would be appreciated thanks!!!Im hoping To join the army what advise could you give me to be Prepared?
For the APFT if you fall in the 17-21 year old group you would need to do: 42 pushups in 2 min, 78 situps in 2 min and do the 2 mile run in 15:36 to get a 300 and MAX it. Now if you doubled your pushups and took 2:36 off your run time you would more or less max out on the males scale. It was a pain in the *** for me to do it, and I was usually joined by a handful of others with that score, so ignore it when somebody implies you need to become a physical specimen in the nine weeks of basic training, because chances are, it wont happen so don't sweat it.Im hoping To join the army what advise could you give me to be Prepared?
You should be able to do 80-100 push ups and sit ups run 2 miles in about 13 minutes prepare for the asvab.
It doesn't matter how prepared you get, they will still make you feel unprepared.
