How can I get free lagal advise?

I share custody with my kids, Recently there was a report made that my oldest son was being abused by his father and DFS was called and my kids are staying with a relative and DFS wont give me any info because I dont live in the house...what should I do? will my kids just come back to me then? if the father isnt able to take care of them?How can I get free lagal advise?
If you share custody of the kids, then you should be able to go to court, and ask the judge to grant you full custody. Get a lawyer, if you don't already have one.How can I get free lagal advise?
I think Judith answer has merit, you didn't say how old your oldest is, I betcha he could tell you what the abuse was, and who sent in the report? I'am thinking DFS would'nt remove the children if the report was bogus. If the father can't take care of them, you need to tell all this to the judge who granted this custody sharing.
