Are there any online resources to advise you about dodgy housemates accessing personal details?

Our housemate has on two occasions accessed my partner's telecom account (first time it was the ISP account, the second time it was the telephone account). He has since disclosed our new address to 3rd parties and has told our landlord that we are moving out and given him our new address too (we have not yet given notice because we are not close to moving out). I am training to be a lawyer and am doing my own research on this but would appreciate any practical advice and would like to know if there is an English website that provides advice to people who live in shared houses (we live in England)Are there any online resources to advise you about dodgy housemates accessing personal details?
laws are laws, they apply to anyone committing crime against you, even if they are in your own family. Are there any online resources to advise you about dodgy housemates accessing personal details?
Get rid of this person by threatening him/her with prosecution for theft. You need to keep all of your bills, id's etc away from this person. Separate mail boxes, lock boxes, is it worth it?? Get them out of your home.
Tell him that you have decided to move somewhere else..... and at a different date...........(Oh but he already told the landlord )...........well maybe he shouldn't have spoken about information that was none of his business. Or that he really knew nothing about. Just tell him lies from now on and just kick back and laugh at all of the wrong info he passes on.
