There are a lot of misleading statements, misinformation, and complete lies that will try to sway you or confuse you and what not. But these are easy to overcome through self-education. Why do I say ';Self'; education, simply because you should not believe anyone but yourself, and whatever anyone says, research it, rip it apart, study all sides of the argument, etc. Learn to see through lies, learn to smell when something is fish or not. You must think through everything, not just with vegetarianism, veganism, but natural birth, raw foods vs cooked foods, natural birth vs unnatural birth, and so forth. What's ur Advise on becoming a Vegetarian?
I think to start and stay with at the beginning is motivation. If someone feels they should become vegetarian but struggle with it they should watch videos like earthlings when they are feeling weak. Another thing that goes a long way later is after not eating meat for a few weeks walk through the meat section of a grocery store and notice the smell. It's disgusting. That makes it very easy not to eat anything that smells like that.
plz if ur ginna be a vegetarian dont go on and off i tried that b4 and like after a while the smell of meat repulses u i guess and u puke sooooo like dooon't do tha
The VEG lifestyle is not for everyone. If your body cannot adapt to it, perhaps it is not for the best? Either way- HERE'S SOME NICE TIPS AND THINGS TO CONSIDER!!!

Well after figuring out what I was actually EATING as a child, I decided animals were people too in a way. :]

Meaning, I'd rather play with a baby pig, pet a cow, or look at the fish swimming in the clear stream behind my house- than kill them and eat them for dinner.

It took motivation, but when you know what you want, it is a piece of pie jumping on the Veg Bandwagon. There are THOUSANDS of people who are living the Vegan/Vegetarian lifestyle, so encouragement is one of the few accessories you will be lacking on your journey into Vegetarianism.

I stopped consuming meat abruptly. For some people, a slow transition is needed. ( For example, cut out all red meat, then white, then fish...etc)

As far as cooking goes:

A good cookbook is needed. Starting out, I often began eating allot of the same foods over and over again. Salad for lunch, soups for dinner, fruit for breakfast....repeat!!

Lol.

Obviously you will tire of bane recipes as well. You need to perhaps take a liking to some soya products, and start innovating recipes to create new ones everyday.
