Is there any consolation even advise for a broken heart?

Even one lie breaks a heart.

How long doe's it take heart break to heal...when I still can't accept it.Is there any consolation even advise for a broken heart?
Here's what you have to do.

One you have to realize that for whatever reason you are in pain.

Two, let it become a part of you. The pain will never go away, but if you turn it into a learning experience then you will be able to accept the fact that a little piece of you has been taken away.

Three, Love you. You are the only person that can tell you I love you everyday. Write it in lipstick on your mirror, saying before you get out of bed. When you cry hug yourself if no one else can. But you can love yourself enough to know that your heart while it might be missing a piece, it is not broken. Is there any consolation even advise for a broken heart?
Do what your body is inspiring you to do naturally - cry. Just let it all out. Cry into your pillow, scream, throw your fists in the air. Bawl like a baby until you are gasping for air, then take a warm bubble bath and then take a long nap.

You'll feel all better when you wake up. You're going to be fine.
You can never truly love unless you've had your heart broken a couple of times. Time will heal your heart and letting go of whoever will help to. May take some time, but once you begin to get up in the mornings not thinking of that person, you'll be starting on your way to healing. Use the experience to learn! Live and try and Love again.
Your broken heart will remain broken if you have not found somebody to mend it.
My ADVICE is to learn how to use the noun ADVICE and the verb ADVISE. And DOES is not a contraction.
In time the heart will heal and love again. The trust part for the heart is another story because I am not there yet maybe I will never be bit who knows. But the heart will never forget. I am sorry.
